Since 1950 our restaurant has been a culinary tradition in Pucón and the IX region. With an unparalleled view of Lake Villarrica the hotel offers a relaxed and romantic atmosphere for tasting our fine food, or enjoying a peaceful cocktail while watching the sunset.

We offer refined dishes using the freshest local ingredients, including seasonal organic produce that we harvest daily from our own vegetable garden and greenhouse. These are used to create a Chefs Special every day.
